Warranty and Returns

Returnable items
Items that can be returned / refunded or replaced within 10 days of receipt must comply with the following standards:
1. Defective items are damaged / broken or soiled upon arrival.
2. The size / color of the received product is incorrect.
3. Unused and unused items that did not meet your expectations after receipt.

Contact our support center If you encounter any of the above situations, please do so as soon as possible.
If for any reason you decide that the item is no longer needed. You can report it to us within 10 days of receipt to partially refund the product cost.

       
     Non-returnable items
In the following cases, we will not accept returns:
1. Items exceeding the 10-day warranty period.
2. Items that are washed, worn, used or misused.
3. The following categories of items: promotions, personal items such as underwear and disposable items are not covered by the warranty.

Note: All returns must be authorized by the TOGOODOR team through the support center. Returned goods without the returned goods form will not be accepted.
Return process and time limit
Please follow our return process carefully to minimize delays:
1. If your product can be returned (please see above), please submit a ticket in our support center stating that you:
• order number
• SKU number or product name
• Reasons to return
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours, and provide you with a return product form cousin and our return address.
3. Please follow our instructions on the form to return the item, and send us a return certificate in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. After receiving the returned product, we will send it to you by email and arrange for a replacement or refund within 10 days.

After that, please note the following refund time:
For credit card refunds, please wait 7-14 business days to complete the transaction.
For PayPal refunds, please wait up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
For e-wallet refunds (store credit), please wait 24 hours to update your account.
Return shipping fee and address
Our goal is to provide services that benefit all loyal customers. All our other global customers can return to our TOGOODOR warehouse. Before returning an item, please always contact us by submitting a ticket to obtain a form (return authorization) with the relevant return address.

1. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered airmail method available.
